Pull-up Bar

 

1. Strengthens arms, shoulder girdle, and back.
2. Stretches the trunk, easing lower back and neck tension.

Pay special attention to your spine

"The spine is our centre, housing the nerves that control our movements. It can be a source of pain or limitation, but if you care for it properly, it will reward you with ease and mobility.

Each morning, try doing a few gentle roll-downs. Starting from a standing position, slowly roll down, vertebra by vertebra, until your hands reach the floor. Then, just as slowly, roll back up to standing, starting with the lowest vertebra. Repeat this movement at least five times.

The pull-up bar and Swedish ladder found in the Sport Hotel rooms are excellent for stretching the spine. You can also get a great stretch using the large exercise ball.

Try hanging from the Swedish ladder or pull-up bar, or lie over the exercise ball—on your back or stomach—to relieve pressure on your spine. These tools are also great for strengthening the torso and abdominal muscles, firming the pelvic floor, and improving balance."

The thermal pool offers ample space for swimming and underwater massages, and you can also float peacefully. Relax further in the two saunas – Finnish and steam – or enjoy the sun on the outdoor terrace.

Explore the surrounding hiking and cycling trails, including a family-friendly route along the Krka River, exclusively open to walkers and cyclists. 

Otočec boasts an 18-hole golf course, perfect for avid golfers, while beginners can learn with a coach. You’ll also find beautiful tennis courts and a multi-purpose sports hall where you can enjoy a variety of activities like basketball, table tennis, football, handball, volleyball, badminton, and even martial arts.
